Our Story

A Quiet Corner of Refined Comfort

Nestled along 370th Street in the small town of Lohrville, University 40 County Park was designed for travelers who value substance over flash — guests who want a room that feels considered, a stay that feels unhurried, and a setting that actually lets them breathe.

Whether you're visiting family in the area, attending an event at the nearby university, or simply passing through western Iowa and want somewhere that treats you like more than a stopover — this is the place. We believe hospitality shouldn't feel corporate. It should feel like someone actually cares whether you're comfortable.
